The blur effect can be done in Flash with Flash Pro 8, but I did the majority of this in 5, so I did the blur in Photoshop and imported it into flash.
serious bob funny...
the characters looked horrible... but the animation was okay... and the guy didnt change his facial expression when he fought.. which made it really artificial..... but with all the corniness, it was worth a good laugh....
