The blur effect can be done in Flash with Flash Pro 8, but I did the majority of this in 5, so I did the blur in Photoshop and imported it into flash.

That was a really good frame by frame animation. You're good, at least, better than me. If you want to see a master at it though, i suggest you watch some of Vinnie's animations. He is the GOD of frame by frame. It'll probably teach you something or the other.
